What is Planetary Planning?
The timing of your content is everything, which is why incorporating astrology into your content strategy can help you leverage your content to make the most of it.
Planetary Planning is the secret weapon for getting your content out and optimizing it to be seen for months or years to come.
Planetary Days
Each day of the week is ruled by one of the 7 traditional planets.
Planetary days allow you to plan your week in accordance with the energy of the planets. This makes your weekly planning follow a particular flow. It also makes it easier to optimize your business based on what you want to accomplish.
Planetary Hours
While each day of the week is ruled by a different planet, planetary hours takes it even further.
Planetary hours follow the process of each hour of a day being ruled by a different traditional planet.
How to Use Planetary Planning in Your Business
So how do you bring planetary days and planetary hours into your business?
One of my favorite ways is to bring both processes into your content planning.
You can utilize planetary days to create your workflow schedule.
Many business owners simply focus on the planet that rules each day of the week, using either Monday or Friday as an admin day, while maintaining Tuesday-Thursday as “on” work days to create a 4-day work week.
This is a great start, but you can take this a step further and bring in the specific placements in your chart.
For example: if your Midheaven is ruled by Venus (meaning you have a Taurus or Libra Midheaven), then Fridays would be a great day to publish interviews or thought leadership content.
Additionally, Venus hour would be your most powerful time to schedule or publish your work when it comes to your content.
You can utilize planetary days based on optimizing your schedule. But when it comes to content, you can use them to plan out when your content is made, scheduled, and published.
Content planning is great and all. But when you bring astrology into it, planetary planning takes it to a whole other level.
