There’s so much hype around the Midheaven that we can forget that there’s much more to business astrology.

In this blog post, you’ll learn what the wealth houses in astrology are and how you can use them as a business owner to grow and scale your business.

What are the Wealth Houses?

In astrology, there is no one placement that determines which career is best for you. We have to take the entire chart into consideration.

However, one of those places is three specific houses: the 2H, the 6H, and the 10H.

Alone, each of these houses speaks to a different aspect of your career. But when they come together, they can give you incredible insight into what career may be best for you.

For business owners just beginning to learn about business astrology, this is the best place to get started after you learn about the Midheaven.

The 2nd House

The first of the Wealth Houses is the 2nd House.

The 2nd house follows the 1st House (or your Ascendant or Rising sign). The 2nd House rules over values: what you find important, your personal finances, and what assets are important to you.

In business astrology, you can use the 2nd House to specify what your skillset is, and what services you could offer to your clients. This can be incredibly useful in figuring out what to create your Signature Offer around or niche down to.

When used correctly, the 2H can be a good ally to help you know where to focus in your business.

The 6th House

The second of the Wealth Houses is the 6th House.

The 6th House is an underestimated house in astrology. It rules over wellness, routines, and the day-to-day. Within business astrology, this is the house that highlights your day job and how you tangibly make money and do your work.

For some people, they simply aren’t meant to have their own business. In some charts, the 6H suggests that they’d be much more fulfilled having a day job that provides a steady paycheck and security to explore passion elsewhere.

However, as a business owner, you can leverage your 6H to create support in creating structure and stability for you to pursue your life’s work tangibly.

The 10th House

The third of the Wealth Houses is the 10th House.

The 10th House rules over themes of career, legacy, and vocation. It’s your highest aspiration and your public persona – what you are most known for.

And despite popular belief, your Midheaven and the 10th House are not the same thing (although if your Midheaven happens to be in this house, there may be some overlap).

You can use the 10th House to give you insight into your overall mission. What is the purpose of your business? How are you truly here to make an impact on others?

Getting clear on your vocation and life’s work of the 10th House – and perhaps getting a boost of clarity with your Midheaven – you can begin to shift your business to be in better alignment.

How to Use These Houses for Your Career

Now that you know what the wealth houses are, how can you use them for your career?

First, look at your chart.

What planets are in each of these houses? What aspects are connecting these houses to the others in your chart?

Because these houses always fall in a specific order, they will share the same element. This alone tells you so much in terms of what your energy naturally is in these houses.

Next, think about what you have decided outside of astrology:

Do you have a specific skillset or area of expertise you want to build your business in?
Are you already full-time in your business, or want to be?
Is your business aligned to your vocation and purpose – what you are truly here to do?

Because astrology is not here to predict your future or tell you what to do, you have to start using it as the tool that it is. That’s the secret to understanding the Wealth Houses.

When you can see it in that way, it becomes as invaluable as the coaching or service provider experience that you have accumulated.

How can you use astrology – and specifically these houses – to support you in that?
